  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, emergencies, or safety concerns.

4. Mobile Detailing Services

If you request mobile detailing services:

  • You must provide a safe, accessible, and legal location for service.

  • Access to water and electricity may be needed depending on the service selected.

  • Gravada Detailing is not responsible for property damage due to unsafe work environments or locations.

5. Service Guarantee and Limitations

  • We aim to provide excellent service and customer satisfaction.

  • Final results may vary depending on the condition of your vehicle.

  • We are not liable for pre-existing damage, aftermarket installations, or issues due to prior repairs.

  • Customers should inspect the vehicle upon completion and notify us of any concerns within 24 hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and service descriptions—is owned by or licensed to Gravada Detailing and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Gravada Detailing is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

  • Our total liability in any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question.
