Refund Policy

At Gravada Detailing, customer satisfaction is a top priority. We stand behind the quality of our work and aim to deliver the best detailing experience possible. If you are not satisfied with a service you received, please review our refund and service resolution policy below.
1. No Refunds for Completed Services
Due to the nature of our business and the time and labor involved, we do not offer refunds for services that have been completed. However, we are committed to working with you to resolve any concerns promptly and professionally.
2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied with the service:

You must notify us within 24 hours of the completed service.

We may offer a free touch-up or correction, depending on the issue and our inspection.

Requests made after 24 hours may not qualify for resolution or touch-up.
3. Appointment Cancellations

Appointments canceled at least 24 hours in advance will not incur any penalty.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service total.

Deposits (if collected) may be forfeited in cases of no-show or excessive last-minute cancellations.
4. Deposits (if applicable)
If we collect a deposit to secure a booking:

It is non-refundable unless the cancellation is made more than 24 hours in advance.

Deposits may be applied to future service if rescheduled within 7 days.
5. Extreme Conditions or Safety Issues
If we are unable to complete a service due to:

Unsafe work environments

Inaccessible vehicle or location

Severe weather
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel without refund. Any deposits paid may be held as credit for future service.
